    OUR CAPABILITIES

    Fixtures

In-circuit testing provides electronic manufacturers a reliable, high fault coverage verification method for the assembly process.

    Design

In-circuit testing (ICT) is an example electrical probe tests a populated printed circuit board (PCB), checking for shorts, opens, resistance, capacitance, and other basic quantities which will show whether the assembly was correctly fabricated.

    Functional test Systems

These systems can collect and process data, and can be tailored to specific applications.

    ICT

Typical ICT uses a 'bed of nails' to make connection. This is an array of spring probes that contact the PCB, usually by pulling the board down on to them with a vaccum pump although 'flying probe' systems are available. Behind the probes is a multiplexer which routes voltages and test instruments to the desired combination of probes to make two or four wire measurements and sometimes to apply 'guard' potentials to isolate unwanted current paths.

    FT

Functional test equipment is used to test the performance of a piece of equipment by simulating its real-world working environment. The goal of functional testing is to ensure that the equipment is safe to use and can perform all of its functions as intended. Functional test equipment can help identify and address potential points of failure.

    Automation

To enable success in achieving your design for automated manufacturing objectives and goals, we recommend creating thoughtful business and product requirements to inform your automation design processes. If you create a product that is suited for automation, you set yourself up for success down the line during the design of the automation equipment, product assembly, and test processes once the automation is deployed in the field.

If you are looking for a reliable partnership to bring the best solution, we are here for you! Whether is a simple FT solution you are looking for or a high Voltage, we can do it for you!
